I know how painful life can be sometimes. In the midst of my roughest storm in 2020, I found a passion for healing myself from the inside out. I began my journey with affirmations, bible readings, yoga, and more. As a recovering perfectionist, over-thinker, and serial over-committer, I know that so many of my struggles are caused by the pressure I put upon myself. I have an amazing, beautiful bonus daughter whom I love like my own. She has Autism, but is spunky with incredible artistic talent! Over time, I allowed her needs (rather, my perception of her ‘needs’) to create a sense of mothering and urgency within myself that never existed before. Everything became a task, a to do right now. After a while, I learned that [or I was reminded, rather] I wasn't the only one on this journey to maintaining a superwoman facade. At that point, I decided to not only continue doing things that created a sense of calm and peace in my life, but I also decided to share those things and experiences with other women.
